We currently have two Custom CheerMix packages to choose from: Bronze, and Gold. Gold costs a little more, but comes with a whole lot more of everything included and is the best value. Gold Mix also gets you each new proof in just 2 days vs. 3 days for Bronze. (Note that our Silver Mix package for $49 has been discontinued due to lack of demand coupled with much greater demand for Gold and Bronze mixes). Bronze Custom CheerMix
• Just tell us what songs, and we download them from the highest-quality sources (cost & labor, up to 8, $3.50 ea. add'l.).
• We'll pick out the sections to use if you'd like, or use your suggestions.
• Sound Effects will be placed on transitions, as well as a few throughout each song. Custom-placed sound effects to accent certin moves in your routine can be added for $2.50 ea.
• 2 Voiceovers included!(up to an 8-count in length)
• Up to 2 song-changeouts (if needed) at no extra charge! Ea. add'l. only $3.50 during free changes period.
• Turnaround time: 3 days for each new proof, from the time that we have received the information we need from you in order to proceed.

Gold Custom CheerMix
Pretty much "anything goes" in this package . . Gold gets the fastest turnaround (2 days!), the most fx and remixing for more of an all-star sound, the most voiceovers, the most song-swaps included, and includes up to 9 custom-placed sound effects also. With the Gold Mix, we can work with as much (or as little) as you have to go with already, and take it from there. Including:
• Up to 9 songs included (add'l. songs $3.50 ea.).
• We will find the best sections of each song and mix them together (or we can use your suggestions).
• Tempos can be adjusted however you like on each song individually, as needed (multi-tempo mix).
• More sound effects (than Bronze) throughout the mix on the transitions.
• Up to 9 custom-placed sound effects included to accent certin routine moves ($2.50 ea. add'l.)
• "Remixing" effects on the music, like "stutter" effects, layering of songs, flanging / phasing, etc. for more of an "allstar" sound.
• Up to 3 voiceovers that can be up to a full 8-count each!
• "8-count sheets" are fine in the Gold Mix, but you don't have to have them . . just send a simple outline telling us how many 8's you want for each section, like this:
"Tumbling: 4 8's, Jumps: 6 8's, Dance: 4.5 8's, etc." or like this: "Song 1: 4 8's, Song 2: 6 8's, Song 3: 4.5 8's, etc."
Or we can just cut an even-number of them together for you (Four 8's for ea. song, for example).

• How to submit your order:
Email us at info@cheerleading-music.org with the following information:
1) Your name, phone number, and school or gym
2) The tempo you want your Mix to be (see "Free Metronome" and tempo samples below)
3) The maximum time-limit your Mix can be.
4) Which Mix would you like: Bronze ($67), or Gold ($97)?
5) If you want us to make "x" number of 8-counts per section, submit this info in the following format (skip this if it doesn't matter how many 8-counts per section):
Either like this: "Tumbling: 4 8's, Jumps: 6 8's, Dance: 4.5 8's, etc."
Or like this: "Song 1: 4 8's, Song 2: 6 8's, Song 3: 4.5 8's, etc."
6) Additional:
- Bronze: Include a list of the songs you want to use. You can tell us where to cut (see above), or we'll pick out the choruses for you.
- Gold: If you know what songs you want - or even some of them - let us know. If not, then point us in the style direction you want to go, like "Current Dance / Pop Radio" or "80's Rock" for example. You can tell us where to cut (as above), or we'll pick out the choruses for you if you'd like.

The above is all that's needed to get started and get your first working proof. Once we get everything in the music editing just like you need it, we then move on to voiceovers and sound fx.
Note: If you are providing the edit times (in min. & sec.) and are going by Youtube videos, please send us the link so we can accurately tell what section you need; we are using iTunes. Otherwise, please send us the lyrics (just for the section you want to use).

Free Metronome!
Click Here for a free metronome you can use to calculate what tempo you need your mix to be.Tips on using it:
1 - Before starting it, do an 8-count or so of your routine at the speed you want
2 - Click the start button and slide the slider up to the tempo that matches.
3 - Include the BPM number on the metronome with your order; this way your very first proof will be very close to the right tempo so you can start practicing with it right away.

F.A.Q:
- "Do you send me a C.D. when it's done?" First we send you a .wav file that you can burn to C.D. the minute it's finished, for fastest turnaround time possible. If you can't burn a C.D., just let us know and we'll send you one.
- "How long will it take to get the finished product?"
We can turn it around in as little as a week to ten days if we a) get everything we need up front to begin, and b) you make little if any changes to your original order. Since you get to say when it's done and finished, it's mostly your call on that. We have turned finished products around in just a few days in extreme situations, so If you have a fast-approaching deadline, we have rush options available. Inquire for more details.
- "When will I get the first proof?"
Gold Mix 2 days, Bronze Mix 3 days. If you are in a big hurry, be sure and get the Gold Mix for fastest turnaround.
- "What if the song I want to use has an explicit word in it that's right in the spot I want to use?"
We can almost always fix the problem, and there's never a charge for this (in any package).
- "I need two short pieces of music with silence in-between for one routine . . is that considered one mix, or two?"
It's considered one-piece / one-mix with no extra charges as long as the two pieces together add up to no more than the max time your purchase included.
- "When does the 30 days free changes begin?"
It doesn't begin until you receive your first proof.
- "Are there any exceptions to the free changes for 30 days?"
Yes, on Song-Changeouts: You are allowed 2 in Bronze and 3 in Gold at no charge. Past that, they are $3.50 ea. for the first 30 days and $6.50 each thereafter.
- "What are the rates after the free changes period expires?"
Super-low rates for changes after free changes expire:

- "What's the difference between an .mp3 and a .wav file?"
The .mp3's are what we use to send you a proof by email because they are small files that sound almost as good as a .wav. Use the .mp3's in your iPod / SmartPhone.
The .wav file is what you use to burn CD's for both performance as well as archiving a highest-quality copy of your mix. It is much bigger and can be problematic via email, so we use a separate method capable of reliably delivering larger files by the name of "Yousendit." Your finalized .mp3 & .wav files - with company voiceovers removed - will be sent via Yousendit.
Things to look out for:
• Make sure your songs are at least somewhat-close to the same speed as your target tempo.In most cases, if the song is down in the 110 BPM range or slower and you speed it up to say 145, it will sound jumbled-up. "Whip My Hair," or "Drop It Low" are examples of this. This usually means we'll have to change out the song to a different one to remedy the problem.
• Are you working with a choreographer, or another coach? If so, be sure to take your first proof (and all subsequent proofs) to them right away, so they can coordinate with you on any changes that need to be made. It's much easier (and faster) to make changes to the music BEFORE all the sound fx and voiceovers are put in, than it is AFTER they are all put in. So avoid major delays and wasted time and effort by always keeping any 3rd party choreographer, coach, etc. "in the loop" at all times.
Custom-placed sound effects:
These are sound effects placed on certain beats to accent certain routine moves. Please submit these as illustrated below:"Song 6, 1st 8-count, beats 5 & 7, Jumps"
(Song number or name, which 8-count within that song, what beat(s), what Move or what kind of effect your want)
This further ensures accuracy and speeds up production time by reducing potential error from misinterpreted 8-count sheets, etc.
